We only request the minimum permissions needed to operate your marketplace channels. Read access to products, inventory, and orders—nothing more. You control what we can see and do.
Auditability
Every change we make is logged. You can review modification history at any time. We maintain detailed records of listing updates, price changes, and order processing actions.
Secure token handling
API credentials and access tokens are encrypted at rest and in transit. We use industry-standard encryption and never store credentials in plain text. Tokens are rotated according to best practices.
AI with human oversight
Our AI assists with routine operations, but humans review edge cases. Escalation rules ensure that anything unusual—disputes, high-value decisions, policy questions—gets human attention before action is taken.
Data processing
We process data in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection laws. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available for customers who need it.
